Lost or damaged items?

If your order is lost during shipping, HIPPSC team will file a claim with theshipper on your behalf, but cannot be held liable for the lost order. All ordersare shipped with full insurance to cover your loss. If your order is damagedduring shipping we highly recommend you notify the delivery agent (UPS,FedEx or DHL) prior to accepting it. HIPPSC cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods. When shipping yourorder we include insurance for this reason. Claims must be made by therecipient directly with the delivery agent.
